3. Product information
We try to display product information, colors, images, pricing, sizing, and availability as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting, device type, or image processing.
Product details, prices, release quantities, and availability may change without notice. Limited release products may sell out and may not be restocked.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. AIDAN REN does not store full card details on its own systems.
5. Production model
AIDAN REN pieces may be produced after purchase through selected production partners. Production time and shipping time are separate.
Because some items are made-to-order, printed after purchase, or released in limited quantities, customer-caused returns or exchanges may not be accepted.

Shipping availability, rates, carriers, processing time, and delivery estimates may vary by destination, product type, carrier conditions, and selected shipping method.

7. Returns, exchanges and claims
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged item claims, wrong item claims, and production issue claims are handled under our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Wrong size selected, wrong color selected, change of mind, incorrect address, refused delivery, customs refusal, or customer-caused damage may not qualify for a return or refund.

8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including logos, brand marks, artwork, product images, graphics, text, layout, and design elements, belongs to AIDAN REN or its licensors unless stated otherwise.
