Limited release and made-to-order policy

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At AIDAN REN, every piece is handled through a controlled release and production process. This policy explains when returns, exchanges, refunds, or replacements may be available.

1. Return eligibility

AIDAN REN pieces are released in controlled quantities and may be produced after an order is placed. Because of this production model, customer-caused returns or exchanges are not accepted.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size selected, wrong color selected, change of mind, incorrect address, refused delivery, or customs/tax refusal.

2. Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. After review, an approved claim may be resolved with a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the issue.

3. How to submit a claim

Email [email protected] or use the contact form. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, clear photos or videos, packaging photos if relevant, and a short explanation of the issue.

Do not send any item back before we review and approve the claim. If a return is required, we will provide return instructions.

4. Non-returnable cases

We cannot accept returns caused by incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, buyer’s remorse, delayed claim submission, customer-caused damage, wear, washing, alteration, missing package due to an incorrect address, or refused delivery.

Custom printed, made-to-order, limited release, or production-on-demand items are not treated like standard warehouse stock. Some returned items cannot be resold.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer automatic size, color, or design exchanges. If a wrong item was sent or there is a verified production issue, we will review the case and decide the correct resolution.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank, card provider, or payment service.

Shipping costs, customs fees, taxes, and payment processing costs may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an approved wrong item or defective item claim.

7. Order cancellations

If your order has not entered production, contact us immediately. Once an order enters production or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
