At AIDAN REN, every piece is handled with care from production to delivery. This Returns & Exchanges Policy explains when a return may be accepted, how to report an issue, and how refunds or replacement decisions are handled.
Eligible return requests may be submitted within 14 days of delivery, unless a different period is required by applicable law.

Some AIDAN REN pieces are produced on demand, customized, limited, or prepared specifically after an order is placed. These items may not be eligible for return, cancellation, or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or unless applicable law requires otherwise.
This helps protect the integrity of limited production, custom preparation, and product quality standards.

We will review your request and, if approved, may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the issue and product availability.
To start a return request, email us at contact@aidanren.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
Do not send any item back before your return request is approved. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
Start a Return RequestCustomers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees, customs fees, duties, taxes, handling fees, or import charges may not be refundable unless required by applicable law.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. AIDAN REN is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Refunds are typically processed within 3-7 business days after approval, but your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.
We do not offer automatic exchanges at this time.
If you need a different size, color, or product, you may need to place a new order after your return request is reviewed and approved. For limited or made-to-order items, availability cannot be guaranteed.
If your refund has been approved but has not appeared after a reasonable processing period, please first check with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Because some AIDAN REN pieces may enter production shortly after order confirmation, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@aidanren.com. If production or fulfillment has already started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
International return shipments may be subject to customs processing, duties, taxes, carrier fees, or local import/export rules. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless required otherwise by applicable law or unless the return is due to an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item claim.
