Shipping Policy
At AIDAN REN, each order is handled through a controlled production and shipping process. This policy explains how shipping, tracking, delays, and international charges are handled.
1. Where we ship
AIDAN REN ships to supported destinations through selected production and logistics partners. Available shipping methods, carriers, and final delivery estimates may vary by country and product type.
If shipping is not available for your location at checkout, the order cannot be completed for that destination.
2. Processing and fulfillment
Orders are prepared after purchase. In most cases, production and fulfillment are completed within approximately 48 hours after payment, but some products, high order volume, holidays, or address issues may require more time.
Production time and shipping time are separate. Delivery time begins after the package is handed to the carrier.
3. Estimated delivery times
United States standard shipping is generally estimated at 7–12 business days after fulfillment.
United States express shipping, when available, is generally estimated at 3–5 business days after fulfillment.
International delivery times vary by destination, customs, local carriers, holidays, and the selected shipping method. The estimate shown at checkout or in tracking should be treated as the active estimate for your order.
4. Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, product type, package weight, and selected shipping method.
If a free shipping promotion is active, it will be shown before payment at checkout.
5. Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent by email after the package is shipped.
Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
6. Delayed packages
Delivery delays may happen because of carrier congestion, customs processing, weather, holidays, local delivery issues, or address verification.
If your tracking has not updated for several business days, contact us with your order number and tracking link so we can review it.
7. Incorrect shipping information
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.
AIDAN REN is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, returned, or refused because of incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately before the order enters production or ships.
8. Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges. These fees are set by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
