At AIDAN REN, every order is handled with care from production to delivery. This Shipping Policy explains how our products are prepared, shipped, tracked, and delivered within the United States.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders outside the United States cannot be completed at checkout at this time.

Each piece is made to order in 1–3 business days.

Production begins after your order is confirmed.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. AIDAN REN is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at contact@aidanren.com. We cannot guarantee changes after production or fulfillment has started.

Delayed, Lost, or Returned Packages

If your order appears delayed, please first check your tracking link and local carrier updates. If your shipment has not moved for an unusual period or has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will help investigate.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or local carrier issue, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Some orders may ship in more than one package depending on production timing. If this happens, you may receive separate tracking details.
